Ron, what you saw was a copy of the certificate that Obama had posted to his web-site. It was a copy of the certification issued by Hawaii Health Dept. but it is NOT a copy of his CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH. When Obama's mother supposedly brought him to Hawaii, the law in Hawaii at that time would issue certificates to allow American Citizens (Obama's mother) to obtain these 'certifications' even if the mother's child was born outside the country thus providing 'citizenship' for the child. No one is doubting he is a citizen, they only doubt that he was a Natural Born Citizen as the Constitution requires for a US President.

For some reason, the man does not want us to know anything about him. College transcripts are not a requirement to be president, but historically and traditionally, all candidates have made these available for public scrutiny. But not Mr. Obama. His college records from Occidental, Columbia and Harvard have also been sealed. Many who are contesting the birth certificate believe that the college records have been sealed because they may indicate that Mr. Obama enrolled as a citizen of another country.

None of this adds up, and Mr. Obama's reluctance to clear it up publicly just makes the speculation louder and much worse.

I don't know how many times I have to post it, but if someone is wrong and/or breaks the law, they should be held accountable. I don't care from which political party they hail.

However, I also believe in due process, which is guaranteed by the Constitution. It is up to prosecutors to provide evidence and charge someone before they can be tried. Additionally, everyone is protected by the 5th Amendment, which provides protection against self-incrimination. No one is required to testify in their behalf or against themselves when standing trial.

Bring on the evidence, start the impeachment proceedings and convict. It is all provided for in the Constitution.

What you propose doing is nothing short of totalitarianism and would not be upheld by the US Constitution.

You can't toot the horn of labor and want rights for them and then not want the same rights for everyone. The Constitution was written and ratified to prevent preferential or selective treatment.

Congress must have not wanted to know what you wanted to know, Ron. They must also not believe all the conspiracy theories. If they did, they'd be beating that drum every day.

Again, impeach, convict and throw away the key. Have at it.

Amazing isn't it little lie about sex under oath to protect his family and himself
a question that should not have been ask to a sitting President on a litigation that was out dated

Had it been out-dated, there would have been no case in court. Legally, the statute of limitations had not expired, which made the case current and relevant.

There is a huge difference between questions about one's sex life and their involvement in sexual harassment of a state employee.
