ooof bad news... ever watched the contractors putting up a CPAC tile roof?? Hand rotary cutters for the most part with lots of dust blowing around.. If CPAC does indeed have asbestos, any house building worker that is around the tiles when cut or doing the kwat broom sweeping up the mess could certainly inhale the asbestos floating around in the air....

I have a feeling Frazee that CPAC may in fact be one of the few products not effected.
If you look at Cookie's piece on 21st. January, in the quotes, the roofing companies are complaining that the banning will leave Siam Cement Group in an unfair advantage. As far as I can gather..

I think it refers more to the roofing sheets that can be bought, rather than tiles - but I am not sure & am happy to be corrected..plus I am not sure that breathing in concrete dust is something any medical practitioner would recommend!!
