Casinos in Thailand

Post by tamada » September 5, 2024, 6:58 pm

As one door closes...

Tens of thousands of Chinese citizens in the Philippines to help run offshore gambling services stand to lose their work visas by mid-October, as the Southeast Asian country looks to uproot the industry by year's end under growing scrutiny from both Beijing and Manila.

Another opens...

The government will move ahead with plans for a mega entertainment complex that would house casinos in Thailand, Deputy Finance Minister Julapun Amornvivat said on Thursday.

A giant, and perpetual brown paper bag is just over the horizon.

Australia, with rule of law, and strict rules around casinos, has had trouble with keeping the corruption and money laundering out of its dens of iniquity.

I can just see it now in LOS - a Casino Control Board headed up by Mr Tic Toc, General Prawit.

Chief technical advisor and probity expert, Mr Soapy Chuwit.

Head of enforcement - Big Joke, of course.

It’s interesting to see how things are changing with casinos in Southeast Asia. With the Philippines shutting down some of their gambling operations, it looks like Thailand is jumping in to fill the gap. A big entertainment complex with casinos could bring a lot of tourists, and it might be a good move for their economy if it’s done right.

I’ve been checking out new no deposit casinos uk recently. They let you play without having to deposit any money upfront, which is a nice way to try things out without risking your own cash. Worth looking into if you’re curious about online gaming.
