Maybe not a Microsoft manual. Our IT Dept. would use 'PCs for Dummies', a quality book for amateur computer fiddlers.

Still, it's good to see Woolies have adapted to the Recession and plan to return. I think that may be part of the answer for some, tailor things a little bit (or alot) and change your game plan to survive. I always try to see the cup as half full - it's no use throwing your hands in the air and giving up, get on with it and try and get through the bad times (as Norman Tebbit once told me).

The other good news is that Iceland (the food company not the Vikings up north) bought some old Woolies shops and plan to use them as Iceland outlets. One of them is in Alton, close to me, so that's good news for the locals.
