It would appear that P Charles and his eldest son have had an input into the Garter Day in Windsor next week and Prince Andrew is banned , which will mean that any thoughts about moving closer into the Royal life and taking up old appointments including that of his children are NOW decided by the Prince of Wales and the Duke of Cambridge . I now have my doubts about those stats. People, and women in particular, virtue signal. The numbers are probably quite a bit higher for men and way higher for women.
