well it is no surprise the Lao and Khmer are dancing to China's tune seeing as how China is dumping bucketloads of money into those countries and the pockets of those running both nations... I'll bet Vientiane is gridlocked completely with this conference going on.. Kerry's contingent is probably several hundred. It'll be a true nightmare in September when the heads of nation show up to include Obama...
