I really don't like this kind off joking about the past.
In a news paper they write about it and link the clip.
Maybe someone who understands Thai can explain why they have to joke like that.
Opposite jokes about Thailand and his people is for farang not easy.

I was quizing students last month. Favorite food, favorite colour, favorite person. I was shocked when two of the students said Hitler for favorite person. "" I like mustache"" . Later on I saw the video and understood, but I did mention to the students best not to say that. Weird stuff.

Ask a Thai friend to translate the lyrics for you. I would bet the lyrics carry no message positive or negative about Nazism.
Most Thais don't have a clue what Nazism is or what Hitler stood for. History from 70 years ago on the other side of the planet isn't on their radar.
However if this band was marching around in Japanese Imperial Army uniforms it would probably be offensive to older Thais!
The video is part of a fashion trend called "Nazi chic".

Yes, it seems offensive, but offense could not have been intended given their ignorance of the meaning behind the symbols.

What's offensive? It all depends on meaning and context, if I look at the pictures it doesn't seem to be serious.
At the start of the video they even took the trouble to write in English:
"This music video has no intentions to insult any individuals or groups"
Why not make fun about the nazis?
Charley Chaplin did (he made a whole movie making fun of Hitler)
and what to think of the TV series 'allo, allo'
In Faulty Towers John Cleese made fun of the nazis, but also made fun of the people who always feel offended:
"Don't mention the war"
