Re: New ride at the Bumper household
Honda 750........nice. My first scooter way back when, a 1978 if memory is good, and it took a beating. Excellent machine. Then moved up to a 900, needed for a pinion rider, and that took a good beating also, besides being a fine cruiser. Never needed or bothered going any further up in size. Brother had a Kawi 1100 if I really wanted to play.
Buddy who sold it to me, the 900, also sold me the 750, as my 'biker mentor' had seller regret about the 900, as stepping up to a full size Harley, and loved the look and sound, but hated the 'stay close to house as it might break down' syndrome .....

Re: New ride at the Bumper household
Now this would be exciting.
Re: New ride at the Bumper household
Buy one so I can check it out, Being able to buy a new legal Big Bike here. Is darn exciting compared to what you had to do in the past to have a big bike. This is my second new one. I have rebuilt and customized more then I care to think about. 100's of thousands of baht spent and you a still have 15 year old bike. Things have really changed
Re: New ride at the Bumper household
No need to check it out. I know what it is. If it were feasible to import it, I would. But with existing customs and import fees, it is not. Especially as you stand the risk of losing it to a customs officer who takes a liking to it.
Re: New ride at the Bumper household
Up until about three years ago the same with most big bikes
Re: New ride at the Bumper household
I have seen three wheelers built here in Thailand with V= 6 engines in them rare but they are around
Re: New ride at the Bumper household
Not seen any like that here. Do you have any idea where or by whom they were built?
Re: New ride at the Bumper household
