Krung Thai Bank..

Has anybody had any problems with the Krung Thai Bank? Ive just had some money taken out of my account but not by me or the Girlfriend,which is very strange because we arethe only ones that know the pin number. Reported it to the Bank but cannot get a proper answer,and have to wait 2 weeks to check. If anybody has had this sort of problem before i would like to know what the out come was and what procedure they had to go through.. Thanks.

Good Luck, a friend of mine had her ATM card stole, used as a debit card, emptied the account, had the Police report to show it all and also the ATM slips used by the thieves, got copies from the retailer, signature was a complete fabrication, nothing like it

Krung Thai would not admitt liability , neither would PTT

Go direct to the Tourist Police with a report ASAP and dump that on the front counter of the manager

Thanks,i will have to try that and see what sort of response that gets,at the moment they are not doing very much about it.
