property lawyer

Post by Ray.Charles » February 28, 2011, 7:30 am

We are hoping to sell our home (near the Ring Road in Udon) within a few weeks. Need recommendation for a lawyer to handle the sale. Please post the names of the good ones on the open forum, but PM me with the names of those we should avoid.
Thanks in advance.

Have you contacted the office in "Hansa" and told them you want to sell?

Just an idea as you're only one St. away!

We listed the property with the Hansa office, and at several other places, as well; but, it was our next door neighbour who brought this buyer, a co-worker at a government office. Following your suggestion, I will contact the Hansa office for recommmendation for a lawyer.
Which soi do you live on?

Poor Advice Kopkei

What if the new purchaser has a different request, it might be a family trust ? it might be a mortage from a bank.... needs to be reviewed

U dont know and I would pay for as professional to hanlde the sale of a valuable legal asset for sure.

A friend of mine recently signed a lease of his GF's land for his house, without the lawyer ( Issan Lawyers from Korat ) he would have had NO legal lease, as the original land didnt have any papers etc, depsite whjat the Gf had in her possession. It took another 2 months to get certified titles procduced etc

All because the lawyer picked up the irregularity in the paper work

I suggest phone Nuja Land & House. Google around for the contact adress.

The owner was a brilliant lawyer in BKK and is now in property business.

Goodluck.
