Kichen Cabinets

Looking for advise on kitchen cabinets. Is it better to buy them at someplace like HomePro or have a cabinet maker build them? The ones I see at HomePro are rather pricey

If better to buy any suggestions on where other than the obvious? If better to build anybody know a decent cabinet maker?
