Loooking for Perimeter Wall Builder

I'm looking for a cheap to fair priced wall builder. The concrete portion of the wall will be approximately 80 cm above grade. The stainless steel portion (fancy, spiked, gilded, but not gaudy design) will be approximately up to 50 cm above that. Length to be determined, but minimum of ~200 m all around.

I am only interested in replies from members who have such a fence or know of someone who has such a fence and would recommend somone without reservation. I really would like to know approximate price per meter. Quotes I've received thus far have been suspect to ridiculous.
