Cut Land and do Chanode

Post by Isan1968 » October 19, 2014, 2:21 am

My Thai wife she is on the way to own land in Udon. Problem is that the owner from that land she still want to keep a part from that land (whole land have 1 chanode) under her name. Mean she still have to cut and do a Chanode for that part of land which is my wife will own. There is no sale Price because my wife she will get that land for free (Family things....not easy to explain :? )

Can anybody tell me how long time it will takes for cut and for make Chanode?
How much money for cut, transfer and do chanode my wife have to pay?
Thank for help.

Regards
Ian

Sounds good. :D
But how long time for that process, 1-2 weeks would be ok?

Just update.
Cut Land costs about 3.000 THB. It takes time (depend of Chanode), in our case 3 weeks.
