New Condo building next to Central - Serene

Had a quick look and the duplex apartments look interesting. No idea on prices yet except they will start at 1.69M baht for the smaller 1 bed.

If anyone goes to the pre sale event on 28/29 Sep would be interested to get any updates on pricing / completion dates / etc, as the wife might want to buy herself one :-"

sounds like it could be a good "aging" option when taking care of a regular house and yard grow difficult...

Slightly off topic...

Any updates on LPN building Lumpini 2? It's the fenced in land on the other side of the street from The Good Corner Restaurant, about halfway to KFC.

Years ago, according to Lumpini they didn't launch Lumpini 2 because sales of Lumpini were going very slow. Looking at Lumpini and The Base at night is seems a majority of the condos are not occupied. Maybe not sold out? Does anyone have inside info on the percentage of condos not yet sold in either development?
I am a little surprised another large condo development is being launched.
