Housing Estates - 2011 new house sales

Whilst out n about i spotted a new housing estate SCENERY VIEW , 42 units prices start at just under 3 mil ( 5 sold so far ) ... same road a Matcha restaurant and Udon Suksa school just off left the Nong Khai highway ... very spacious light airy nice modern design , wide roads the place looks a super professional project .

Worth a look .

Hi there everyone,
I just wondered if anybody had some thoughts on `Thana home Estate.. i plan to look at a house there in the next month or so, and i plan to have a good look around over 4 weeks. I have been to Udon once.. and had a look around at a few places ( Tanadorn ) and some other houses.. but mainly online. How is the security out there ( they say they plan 24 hr security in 2014) and also what about the Airport noise and if it will be impacted with the New ringroad in the future. Any advice would be a great help.. Any pros or cons of living in this area. Thanks Jeff

Airport noise not a problem. No security in plans right now as most owners have security bars and doors. The ring road sounds do not effect us.
