A week after their grand opening sales event in May 2013, the first day bookings could be made, 95% was sold out.

I wonder today early 2016 what percent is sold out, vs available, meaning if all those buyers took possession with cash or financing, or if many units reverted back to Sansiri due to a market glut.

From the outside, the completed building and grounds look outstanding. Really great result.
