Bulider or Good Handy Man needed

I need to have a small swinging / hinged gate attached to the rented house i have and fixed to the front fence also.

Anyone have a name and number of someone who could do this.

Probably a days work all up, measuring , buying and fixing etc

I dont have any of the electrical tools to do it, therefore, get Bob the Builder.
