Wall Builder Recommendations?

The 2 people we hoped would construct a low level (1m) retaining wall have fallen through.
It's not a big job, nor is it a complicated job, just a simple 80m or so wall, 1m high + 30cm below the ground foundation.

Can anyone recommend a reliable and not too expensive builder who may be able to do this for us in early - middle of January?

Location is about 2km east of Udon from the ring road.
