Prime Lakeside Office space for rent.

Since the New year changes /restructuring at Chern Chim Nong Sim we added the space to the right of the main shop to our original lease . Construction has been ongoing and as extra restaurant space wasnt required we decided to build office units . The new units all have an unobstructed view over Nong Sim lake and include , off road parking , New AC , WIFI , seperate electric meters and CCTV etc.

The 3 units can be rented singularly or as a block with a minimum one year contract (not written on a beer mat but through our lawyer(s) ). The monthly rent will be in the 5 k range tho one unit is quite a bit larger than the other two.

As to just what kind of business ...... simple really NO FOOD VENDORS or GAME SHOP anything else will be considered (a car hire company has shown interest already imo an ideal location / business for the units).

As of today i reckon theres about another weeks work to complete ,,, but TIT and ive posted to see what the feedback is , it goes without saying anyone interested drop by for a chat or call with any questions .
