Hi all, could someone tell me roughly how long it takes to acquire a house if you are paying cash? Is it just a case of signing papers over, that's it!

If everyones agreed thats about it, all done at the Land Office.
I assume you have negotiated who pays the transfer tax and that you have covered yourself with a Lease or infrastruct.
