If anybody is requiring a Honest English speaking Lawyer who does work for his client and explains everything they need to Know and can fix major problems created by CORRUPT Lawyers contact Nitipat Law call 08-19752074 email nitipat_88@hotmail.com. He was able to correct a sellers problem {The previous Lawyer had on the Title that he bought the land without a house so he could not sell it to me, Nitipat spent 12 hours going from government offices to other departments and corrected the corrupt Lawyers Title and also transfered the Title with a usufruct for what I believe is a very low fee. At all times he kept us both informed of what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. I have no problems to highly reccomend him to any other Person wanting to have legal work done in Udon Thani or other places in Thailand

I think I got logged out before my reply got posted.
May I ask what you consider a "very resonable fee" for the services you described concerning your land/house title?
I expect I will also need a lawyer soon for some land and house issues.
I appreciate you posting your experience concerning your lawyer and title issues.
