Roto Tiller rental

Are there any rental places in Udon that might do this? If not, does anyone have a roto tiller they might rent me for a couple of days?

Very unlikely to get a hired equipment Here.
Only chance is Rent a Thai with a machine.
Guess be in the know to find

On the main road to Nongnakham are two places where you can hire said machines, without having to have a Thai. Costs have no idea, but bring a Thai with you as the first one on the left does not speak any English and the second one is also an unknown quantity in language skills.
