Need builder for construction of retaining wall

Hi Gents
Can anybody recommend a competent builder to construct a retaining wall to run around an earth embankment? This is to replace a wall that has been in place quite a few years and is falling over (was not done very expertly in the first place).
I would be looking for an approx. 2m high wall, built properly (i.e. concrete with rebar and 'L' profile, drain holes and backfilled).

Also, in the UK, it is possible to buy prefabricated reinforced concrete sections with an inverted 'Y' profile. These are slotted together to form a retaining wall, with the mass of earth on the inner arm of the inverted 'Y' maintaining the section upright. They have preformed drain holes etc. Anyone seen anything similar in Thailand (done a Google but not found anything)?
