Nuja Land and House? Any advice?

Post by JohnG » April 30, 2015, 5:01 pm

I am hoping to build a house in Loei soon, but so far have been unable to find a decent reliable builder and have already had a bad experience with one construction company in Loei (no names!).

I am now looking further afield to Udon and have narrowed my search down to Nuja Land & House (Khun Anucha) and NYJ House (Khun Yut). Nuja Land and House seem my best choice, but I am trying (and so far failing!) to get any feedback from anyone who has had a house built in the area, particularly by either of these companies.

I have tried to PM but there seems to be some block until I have a minimum number of posts (?), so please can anyone with any relevant experience either PM me or post some (any!) information here.

Many thanks, JohnG

I asked Alan for a quote a year or so ago, and was quoted a standard 25,000 baht per sq metre which is around double what I have been quoted for builds to a similar spec.

I'm not questioning his build quality, which I believe is good, but I'm not prepared to pay that sort of mark-up just so I can talk to a fellow farang in the office who may visit the site occasionally at best.
