It's a pity that it does not cover all rentals. This new law only covers "residential property leasing busines" with 5 or mere properties.
And how are you supposed to know if your landlord has 5 or more properties?
And the ones with less than 5 properties can they continue with their bad practicies?
And finally why does this post get time-stamped with 8 AM when it is 9 AM? Is UM on summertime?
