Has anyone sold a house using an agent in UDon? Would like to find a good agent that actually works for their cut and you!

As soon as just the name Estate Agent comes into play, then the house skyrockets in price, or atleast it seems that way... Have looked at many houses around Udon that have been estate agent listed, and the prices have not been very appealing to say it mildely..
