broken water pipe in the wall.. This isn't a job for Somchai with plumbers tape and PVC glue. Bottom line, remove tiles, cut out old pipes (either galvanized or iron from 2007) and replace..

I had this problem with an underground pipe leaking ( about 2000 litres a month ) The only way I fixed it was to NOT fix it but reroute pipes externally , considerably cheaper and stops leaking into the building fabric ( which took about two months top actually dry out )
