Scunny are now in a play off position,so maybe it is where the road to the EPL begins.....but for Cheltenham its looking more like the road to the Conference as they sit just one place and one point off the relegation places.
Talking of the Conference.....Cambridge United moved 7 points clear at the top after a 1-0 win over Hereford.Grimsby moved into second on goal difference after a 3-0 win at Aldershot.Luton are 5th after an exciting
4-3 win over Halifax in front of another 6500+ crowd.
Macclesfields three game winning run came to an end with a 1-0 defeat at Tamworth. :(

League Two Scunthorpe, the first club to move to a new ground in the modern era, are thinking of leaving Glanford Park, their home of 25 years. Chairman Peter Swann tells BBC Look North that the stadium is now looking "tired". When Scunthorpe left the Old Show Ground for Glanford Park in 1988, they were the first English club to move to a new ground since 1955.
Obviously had a great offer for Glanford Park & will be playing in Brigg shortly.... :D :D

Just been on the website to check how Scunny faired today ... dohhhhh forgot their game v York City was called off as too many of the Scunthorpe squad were on international duty .. still results with the lesser teams in League one without international players are going the way of the Iron so they will remain up in the playoff zone on the push to the EPL ..

Kidderminster go second after winning away 2-1 at Southport and Luton are third after thumping bottom club Hyde United 4-1 in front of a 7000+ crowd.

Town finally manage a win & away from home.
3 very needed points in a 2 - 1 win away at Dagenham.
Old stager of the lower divisions in the West Country (Jamie Cureton) scored his 250th. career goal. At 38 he is undoubtedly having a bit of a swan song at Cheltenham but they are desperate for someone who can find the net.
Up to 17th. & already 9 points off the leaders is not really the place to be, but beats being down with Accrington.

For Stanley nothing seems to go right at the moment. The go into an early lead but then have the scorer sent off before half time. They battle & keep the lead & are looking at their first win of the season right up until 4 minutes before the end when Wimbledon finally manage to equalise. Only 3 points after 11 games & already 6 points away from safety it is not looking good..

I always thought that "Aussie Rules" was a completely different sport ..... not just a different set of rules operated by "A" League refs in Oz
That was NEVER a pen, and I see that in Oz you are "offside" if there are not 2 players AND the keeper in front of you .... (3 absolutely atrocious offside calls against Melbourne)
