Re: English Premier League 2016/17
I haven't checked this fully yet (son watching cartoons!)and, presumably if there's a tv message service, something should be mentioned there. You're right - although they're listed, it doesn't necessarily mean I can access them, as is the case with some other channels not in my package. BUT, the expectation(and probably the marketing if I tried to find it) was that all games would be covered live. I'll be most surprised if all subscribers with an EPL 'add-on' can't access the additional channels automatically and are asked to pay more. Possibly a riot. ![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)

Re: English Premier League 2016/17
All looks to be ok, with just a query on the Sunday night Spurs v Sunderland, which is the only game from tonight to Sunday not specified as being shown, although as it clashes with no other game. can't think there's a problem there either. The other games are all down as being covered on Bein 1-4, known to be accessible already. Any other foreign coverage e.g. last weekend there was a Spanish game clashing and occupying Bein 3, I think, will in future presumably now be on the 'new' Bein 5 and 6, if clashing with EPL games using 1-4. I tried to view 5 and 6 this morning to check access is possible, but seems nothing is being broadcast at the moment.
But, all EPL now appears to be sorted and I'm happy my lot aren't missed for live viewing.

Lawro's prediction: 2-0
Sloth's prediction: Even though I think Everton are going to win, I don't want them to, so I won't predict that they will. 1-3

Re: English Premier League 2016/17
Sorry guys but when I look at the current "Reds" squad, I can't see what I would call a "Liverpool type" player amongst them.
From a captain whose incompetence would rank alongside Lord Cardigan, a goalkeeper that seems to have 2 left feet and cant pick a five yard pass to a defender unless that defender has an opponent forward right next to him. James Milner who is a good player and workaholic ..... but NOT a left back, central defenders that cant defend all the way up to a so called centre forward who's idea of a "screamer" is to lay on the ground and yell at the bench he needs another 10 games off.
There is not a "LEADER" anywhere in the squad, nobody who will put in a double shift coz the team need it.
If you made a list of Liverpool players from the last 50 years the only way ANY of the current squad would be in the top 20 is if they did it alphabetically.

Re: English Premier League 2016/17
Poor by Chelsea & their Terry free defence did not look special by any means.Friday 16th September 2016
Chelsea 1-2 Liverpool
Good win by Pool, who seem to get up for the big matches. Can they consistently do it week in, week out is still the big question though..
Re: English Premier League 2016/17
Chelsea were poor and Liverpool fully deserved their win.
Why Conte waited until 83 minutes before making a triple substitution,I don't know ?
But I like the way Klopps teams play their football, always entertaining to watch and don't forget Liverpool were without the influential Firmino.
Reaction from 747man later.....unless the electricity went off again in Nong Khai ! :-"
No early kick off tonight and none of the 9pm kick offs look particularily inviting, tbh.I think I'll plump for Citeh v Bournemouth as there is likely to be a few goals in that one (6-1 on IKTS,readers).......Everton is the late kick off.

Well, if you don't have anything to do late afternoon and providing the media team made it all the way down to the troubled south, you could try https://www.youtube.com/c/UDFCMedia/live and Nara v Udon in the first Champions League game. Scheduled 1630 hrs ko. Udon's away record in the Champions League competitions is very poor and fans are hoping for better this time. Important game. The return leg in Udon is next week. In the new formula, the winner over 2 legs progresses, the loser is out. Go on, cheer your local team.Zidane wrote: No early kick off tonight.....

Twenty injured – one seriously – as fans riot after Muang Thong football match
BANGKOK: — Twenty people were injured including police and soldiers as violence erupted after a football match in Muang Thong Thani, northern Bangkok,on Thursday night.
Authorities had to use water cannon to try to quell the riot that Nonthaburi police admitted was out of control, reported Sanook.
The violence occurred under the expressway and in roads leading from the SCG Stadium after a Toyota League Cup semi final second leg match between Muang Thong United and Port ended 1-1. The result meant Muang Thong progressed to the final.
Twenty supporters, police and soldiers ended up in two hospitals – Krung Thai and Cholaprathan. One seriously injured fan was reportedly now out of danger at Cholaprathan Hospital.
Nonthaburi police spokesman Susak Prakkamakun said that no arrests had been made yet as evidence is gathered to arrest the ringleaders.
He defended the force’s actions saying that procedures were in place to deal with potential trouble but admitted that the situation spiraled out of control and violence on this level had not been experienced before.

Good luck to Udon.Am I right in thinking that they now play there matches at the stadium near Soi Nong Bua now,Brian ?

If Saturday is not particularily good for watching the footie, then there are some early games on Sunday.....
Watford v Manchester United,6.00pm Thai
Crystal Palace v Stoke,8.15pm Thai
Southampton v Swansea,8.15pm Thai
Then the late match is The Spuds v Sunderland at 10.30pm.
