Re: English Premier League 2016/17
From Sky
Romelu Lukaku's agent Mino Raiola says Everton have promised the striker he can leave this summer if "certain clubs" made the Toffees a suitable offer.
"Lukaku had a promise that if certain clubs came this summer that he could leave this summer," Raiola told talkSPORT.
"We are not in concrete talks with anybody at this moment, but hearing the market I think some clubs will contact Everton
"If the price is right for Everton and the project is right for Lukaku then I think he will want to make another step, but we are not there yet."
Does that constitute an undone deal

Re: English Premier League 2016/17
Police have had to cordon off a huge area around White Hart Lane due to thousands of partying Spurs fans running amock in the area and chanting "Arsene's gonna stay, Arsene's gonna stay e i addy o Arsene's gonna stay"
Re: English Premier League 2016/17
Irrespective of how The Gunners & Mr. W do over the next 2 years the 1 thing the club have to do is ensure that in 18 months time they are slap bang back where they were in March/April/May.
They absolutely have to spend the new contract developing a policy of who is going to be in charge after Arsene.

Re: English Premier League 2016/17
I think they have already spent 10+ years going backwards whilst thinking about what to do after Wenger. I really thought that this year someone ..... ANYONE in the Arsenal heirarchy might have had enough "balls" to tell the silly old duffer that his time has been and gone. Twenty years ago his ideas were 2/3 years ahead of the game, but the game caught him up and overtook him long ago. Whilst he and his team have been "treading water" everyone else has moved on and left them well behind. Two more years of "same same" and it will take whoever the next three or four managers are 10 years to get back to the "top table".

When does poor old Joe's contract expire??Manchester City have agreed a deal with Benfica for the £35m signing of Brazilian goalkeeper Ederson Moraes.

Don't suppose he really gives a proverbial Bob ........ he's being paid Prem wages and only being required to exert himself a couple of weeks a season (Juve & poss Roma)
Weather in Turin is probably marginally better than Manchester, and the beaches are a bit better than Southports as well :-"

No he left there, never to return, at season end.
Seems there was no way they could afford his wages anyway but his season was not an unqualified success - full of the sort of schoolboy errors that plague his career along with the odd moment of brilliance.

Wonder if thats coz they all think they are rid of Ross Barkley at last
Must be all them "Young Adults" buying them at super cheap prices
Wonder how many "Young Adults" will be sitting in those seats come the start of the season and how many will have been "sold on" for a nice little profit :-"

Re: English Premier League 2016/17
Not sure how much of a "done deal" this is but the mirror seem to be pretty confident
Manchester City have beaten Liverpool and Chelsea to the £60m signing of Southampton defender Virgil van Dijk, the Mirror reports.
There has been plenty of interest in the centre-back who will become the world's most expensive defender with a £200k per week, five-year deal which will be completed when the transfer window opens next week.
