Zidane wrote:Chelsea beat Roma 1-0 last night, courtesy of a John Terry header.Cech,Carvalho and Deco all returned from injury.
Liverpool were denied victory by an 83rd minute equalizer for Athletico Madrid.Earlier Robbie Keane had opened the scoring for Liverpool before being taken off injured in the second half.
But looking good for all four English teams to qualify for the knockout stages.

This weekend Chelsea v Liverpool in the Premiership !!
Another of my sodding players gets injured... Looks like I'll be playing 5-a-side on Saturday... ](*,) ](*,) ](*,)

Apparently,as well as Keane, both Gerrard and Alonso picked up injuries in Madrid. But Benitez is hopeful they will be fit for Sundays match at Chelsea.
Failing that you and souness had better book a flight to Heathrow pronto. You might make the subs bench !

I've followed in the footsteps of the leagues "tactical genius", Roy, and replaced Torres with Rooney short term.
You watch,United will have Berbatov and Tevez instead up front against Everton ! [-o<

With Keane and Torres missing from Liverpools attack this Sunday I'm banking on Liverpool not scoring.
If they do, plus a 4 point penalty for 2 transfers this week, I fear another average week coming up.

Keane is doubtful... What is the cut off time for changes? I think I will have Carlton (blow into this sir) Cole up front on his Todd.

Have to bring in Vinnie Corluka and he was stretchered off last week like he had fallen down a mountain.

So 5.30pm our time... Maybe I'll get me daughter to drop up to his mother and ask her, "What's the story with your Robbie Mrs. Keane?"

After his glaring miss on Wednesday I think he's doubtful for the rest of the season.
Benitez was not at all happy with him. :D

Wayne Rooney......1 point :( :(
I had thought hard about bringing in Adebayor or Defoe instead but he was the man in form (until yesterday).
Watch one of those two score a hat trick today. #-o

Maybe Wayne (traitor) Rooney Had too much red cordial on his birthday. :guiness:

Didn't see the game but I read that he was replaced before he lost his temper and maybe sent off.

Kissed his United badge to piss off the crowd.

What a pratt!! [-(

Bad sport if you ask me. Would never have him in my FF team. =;
Such is life.

Yes i just went off Rooney was making plans to bring into my team(had him in at the start but transferred him)...but thats on the back burner for now.
Watching the Hull players..along with Thousands of others too.
Well hoping for Adebayor to score and grab some long awaited points today...thought about keeping him out but playing west ham very wise to keep him in i thought.
Zaki had good points last week but he was on my Bench.. :( can he repeat last weeks play..?
Carew...i am watching YOU. [-o< , not an easy one today as i got Laursen in defence so if Zaki scores it goes against him..

After you score 71 points, you expect us to tell you. :-" Dropping him for yesterdays match was about the only thing i did right.
I recently sold Carew, Barry and Agbonlahor. What did they do yesterday. All score goals. Chelsea conceding a goal mucked my week up.
