I agree, very disappointing performance from Chelsea. As for not commenting, I do have a life other than logging onto UM all the time.
Yeah,Galee So do I but you are in here QUICKLY enough when you WIN !!!
Utter bullsh*t 747. Care to provide some evidence to back up that statement. As far as I am aware I have only commented once on a Chelsea win this season. How many times have you commented on an Everton win since you rejoined the forum recently.

No problem mate. Bit touchy at the moment as you can tell. :D :D :D

To be honest Chelsea are playing cr*p at the moment. Best they can hope for is 3rd in the league. Forget the cups.
Think Scolari has lost the plot. First half performance on Sunday wasn't that bad, then he makes changes at half time and we get annihilated. Oh well, always next season. :D

Bob the special one was there because utd have drawn inter in the champions league, he was on a spying mission bet he wished he satayed in italy, Jose said after the game ( what has happened to the chealsea i constructed today they were made to look lacking in skill and strengh) so there you have it Ronaldo will get the cappo del rey tonight as well dont forget at the start of the season he was injured. As a second thought i know drogba is a big fuc er but jesus a little bar girl can knock him over.

Better start believing in Santa Geordie, I have sneaking suspicion that Newcastle might go down. 8-[ 8-[ Or is it the other mob?

N'Zogbia who I thought was going to be one of the "Stars" of the season, wants to go back to France ....... and it showed  Nicky Butt is old enough (and :ugly: enough) to know better than to put in a challenge like he did in front of Rob Stiles, who we know loves to give red cards and penalties against Newcastle.
Spiderman on the bench? (must have been yet another niggling injury ](*,) )
That little runt Barton comes off the bench to disgrace the shirt yet again.
Owen looks like he is going through the motions, and as against Hull in the cup, you wouldn't back him to score from the penalty spot even if the keeper had gone for a cup of tea.
Good points to take from the game .......... Seb Bassong looked good again, and his reading of "most" situations meant he was in the right place at the right time. Andy Carroll is starting to look like a "real" No9. He has the power and size, and in my opinion, with a few more games, and the confidence that will bring, could be a "regular" in his own right, as oppossed to being a stopgap due to injuries.
Nice to hear the commentator last night compare him to a young Duncan Ferguson ....... if he ends up scoreing as many times as Big Dunc he wont have done too badly.

As Geordie said "Good first half", and we really should have been a couple of goals to the good by half time, and the game would have been completely different in the second half ................ but "If's & Butts?" don't get you points, and with Man U, Chelsea & Arsenal all due to visit St James between 4th March and 4th April :yikes: , we need to get some points on the board soon [-o< [-o< [-o<

Cole ruled out for rest of season

Chelsea midfielder Joe Cole has been ruled out for the rest of the season after suffering a serious knee injury.

The 27-year-old England international ruptured anterior cruciate ligaments in Wednesday's 4-1 FA Cup win at Southend.

Blues boss Luiz Felipe Scolari said: "I am very sad for Joe to have suffered this injury and I am disappointed to have lost a very important player."

Cole will also miss England's World Cup qualifier with Ukraine in April and the friendlies with Spain and Slovakia.

He is also a doubt for the June qualifiers against Kazakhstan and Andorra.

Chelsea and England skipper John Terry added: "We're all behind Coley to get fit as soon as possible. He's going to be a big miss for us and I keep on saying he's the one who really opens things up in tight moments.

"He did it again on Wednesday against Southend. What a pass he produced for Salomon Kalou's goal.

"We're all gutted for him and we know how much it means to him to be playing. No-one will be more hurt at missing games through injury.

"But one thing we all know is that he'll work just as hard off the pitch to get fit as he does on it."

On the KaKa front last nights game after the final whistle he did not hand over his shirt, Shearers opinion was probably keeping his shirt as a reminder of his last game at the San Siro. Man utd are top where they belong and 1 more clean sheet will equel Chealsea's record.

Maybe a mod can shift this info to The Premiership thread where more people are likely to read it.
Best I could do Galee - tis a bit complex to move 1 post from a long thread to another long thread. I have lost topics trying to do that in the past

I have deleted both posts from the Fantasy Football thread.
