I aint gonna rise to it Jon. I hope all Yorkshire teams do well and, yes, that includes Scunthorpe who are in the borders. League 1 is wide open so the Iron could well do it. Leeds could go either way and it isn't inconceivable that Scunny could be a league higher than us next year. Personally I fancy your lot for play offs and my lot to push but just fail to get in the top 6.

Alan of course i will sell you some of what i have been taking ...no problem just meet me at the Tap and bring yer wallet , preferably with money in it .

BTW ..it is not impossible that Emerton v Scunny could be a fixture the season after this one ... i fancy the Toffees to struggle and the IRON to do very nicely .

Whilst on this thread i would like to wish ALL 3 of "Udons" lesser spotted Leeds fans good luck for the coming season yer gonna need it ......marching on together Ho Ho Ho ...hopefully this season they with get more points than managers

Just back from a delivery sortee in the Thai outback .. Si Sa Ket , Ubon n Yatsothon imagine my glee when seeing the fantastic start the Iron had the season coming from behind to win in style =D> =D> ..

Elsewhere some strange results .. and sadly the 3 local LSLF's must be feeling a bit deflated , Adhoc was last seen in NBLP slumped head in hands crying into an Archa making it stronger alc vol ... cheer up things can only get better boys .

Good luck to Town - they have home advantage but will be lucky to beat a club a division above..

All my hopes for the season dashed in the first 5 minutes. Robert Green in goal, I cried when I saw that.

Just for those Grass roots fans who rarely check the EPL thread, if you want to enter the EPL prediction game (just predict the final table for next May first to twentith) I'll accept enries on either EPL or grass routes thread made before the Prem kick off tonight

DONT MENTION THE LEEDS SCORE but ....... marching on together errrrrrrrrr maybe not quite yet .. Robert Green in goal looks like a death wish ...gord hes bad

Scunny 2 nowt down came back to draw at Fleetwood with a Kevin Van Veen 30 yarder hailed as the goal of the season to get the Iron a point ..4 th spot in League 1 ... elsewhere the Robins drew 1-1 and just for Zid Macc town had a nice day .
