I really don't think you need to push the "PANICK" button just yet.
The only one who has made any significant gains on you since the end of last year is Zidane, and he's only 29pts up on you for 2009. All those around you are struggling to make any significant moves.

2008 and 2009 pts

Ok thanks when you look at the stats statto it gives a differant view to the one in me head, maybe its the long breaks between some game weeks, a bit like being kept dangling on a bit of string knowing you can't acheive anything till another week or so.......just made 2 changes though, and the shirkers did great this week with the top score of 68 followed by Galee and zidane.,and the highest scoring since Jan.

My so called "captain" had the poxy total of 4pts from 2 games last week. Any other player in my team would have been better.

Needless to say, he's been given the heave ho, never to darken my squad again.

If I'd stuck to my initial captain, I'd have got 40 points for him. :crying: :crying:

Getting very "cold" feet at the moment. Obe Martins has the armband as he is due a really good return soon [-o<
He should be back to match fitness after his injury, and he is the type of player (bloomin' quick) that will cause havoc in the Hull defence. With Owen back and playing just behind him to provide the service, he should get quite a few chances ............ but ........... if MO is back and starts, will the management (whoever is picking the team) go with TWO strikers away from home, or will they start with MO, and only bring Martins on after about 70 odd mins (ie 2pts for capt). Have they got the bottle to go for a win that the team DESPERATLY needs, or will they play safe for a draw, and hope to sneak a win on the breakaway? ........ MY HEAD HURTS ](*,)
Do I make a second transfer this week, and take advantage of the fact that my opponent in Head to Head has 5 players injured/suspended, and will have to make an extra transfer just to field a full team? ..... If I don't, will I regret it next week, when I may need another defender? Have I got enough cover to be able to let 4 pts go and still beat him? ........... I think I've just realised why so many managers end up with heart bypasses etc;

Statto, Whilst I'm no expert, having 2 City defenders is high risk, especially as their playing Chelsea away this week. Also having 2 Fulham players for this GW is a bit dodgy as they have a terrible away record and difficult fixtures coming up in the future.
I'd dump a City and Fulham player this week and take the 4 point hit.

P.S. I take no responsibility if it all goes t*ts up. :D

i dumped 2 Fulham players (benched) and a Wigan defender. Everton will have a big score line i think but i only got 1 player, also Chelsea will have a clear win...Anelka... :-k not too certain if he is playing but it makes no odds as he is history now.

Might just put a last minute Player in......Now who will go.. Ireland i think.

Can't believe Van Persie didn't play... Zamora was amber yesterday but played (3pts.)... ](*,) Pinning my hopes on Agbonlahor and Lampard on Sunday... Like I'm going somewhere. I think Monday will be Kamikaze day and throw out the wrong doers... 9 substitutions...

In my head to head I'm playing a guy who has entered a team and forgotten about it. No transfers etc, second to bottom of the league. Half the team aren't playing and he's beating me by 10 points with more to come from his subs. :crying: :crying: :crying:

IA got Lampard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Nooooooo

I am in 2 minds about him just in case the curse hasn't totally lifted. Van Persie has to go and Agbonlahor if he only gets 2 points today. Might take Drogba but religious convictions prevent me taking on Berbatov! :-" :-" :-"

Same same me Galee...my opponent this week has not changed his team for months....and has two auto subs coming,(and will have more points than me.. :( ) notice it a lot some teams have left injured players like Arteta in or other players that have not played for months...i guess they have lost interest...got no net access or could have passed on to the other side.

I have a plan............been doing hours of research, Need to see whats happened to Cahill though, is he a bit crook....maybe, looked at Shavenarse but not going to get on that bandwagon, midfield is key..
But got the dosh for the Holy Trinity, and that will set me up for the final games..............providing no injuries occur of course.

If you have him time for a re-think.
Vidic handed two-match suspension

Manchester United defender Nemanja Vidic has been banned for two matches following his dismissal in Saturday's 4-1 Premier League defeat by Liverpool.

The Serbian centre-half, 27, was shown a straight red card by referee Alan Wiley for hauling down Steven Gerrard.

As it was his second red card of the season - the other also came against Liverpool at Anfield in September - Vidic is suspended for two games.

He misses Saturday's trip to Fulham and the visit of Aston Villa on 5 April.

United's game against Villa will be moved to 4 April if Sir Alex Ferguson's side are in action in the Champions League on 7 April.
