For what ever reason i have not been very enthused by the Eoro24 comp .. only bothering really with the early KO games and the odd 11pm .. buggar the 2am matches even if it is England who are total gash at the moment and will be until Southgate departs.

Seems the Jock fans have done there bit at the tournament being widely labelled as the best there .. even if it was for a very short and fruitless time ..England however are still involved though im guessing the first half decent team they face will send them packing.

Judging by the vid below seems many England fans will miss the Scottish fans and are drowning their sorrows at the Tartan army leaving.

They werent ... i fancied the Jocks to beat Hungary (they were robbed) and beating Switzerland was a possibility.

For me, the reality of the Scottish challenge in the Euro's vaporised after Germany's second goal, whereupon I went to bed but not before doubling my wager on them not getting out of the group stage (again).

Watched the 2300 hrs game and the Swiss played Italy off the park , cant comment on the 0200 Germany Denmark game cos was in mi pit.

If England beat the Slovaks later today and its a big IF then the Swiss will be a very difficult game IMO Italy would have been easier as like England Italy are all at sea with no set team or pattern of play ..the Swiss however have both and were excellent v Italy and very close to beating Germany in the group stage in their 1-1 draw.

Before the tournament started i had two dark horses in Austria and Switzerland to reach the semis or even win it ..both doing well so far

Wait n see which England turn up today been terrible so far regardless win or loose i will be happy when

Interesting fact. Leeds are (probably) the only European club to have 3 ex managers in the Copa America quarter finals.

Nothing to do with the Euros so, on that subject. I picked the Swiss as potential winners before it started so, reckon that Saturday will be a tough one. I'm on them at 33/1 EW so will have mixed emotions.

I'm confident England will see them and the cloggies off though. The final is anyone's guess.
