i dont know what a ctek is , but all the large supermarkets sell normal battery chargers , tesco , big C , makro

Not a well known brand. Most hardware shops sell Chargers . Not rocket science to find.

I need a charger for my backup battery, and ctek et al makes nice automatic chargers that will keep my battery fully charged all time

Some years back I purchased a low amp battery charger specifically for small motorcycle batteries... it's made by FB (Furukawa Battery) of Japan. I paid almost 2,000 Baht for it but it has been a good unit which I would recommend.
FB also make chargers for car batteries, and have outlets all over town... just look for the green & white FB sign (there is one on Taharn road, opposite the Army hospital).
