jimmy went into sports bar today , saw steve , but no " lamb chops or legs lamb " in
frezer , any chance you can stock up for when others are out on the town and want
to take meat home ...???

Sorry Timmy do not know who you are but there are plenty of chops and a few legs in the bar. We only have a small freezer in the bar. There has been plenty of lamb stocked here and yes wedo run out in the bar.

To Assist New Customers finding the Shop.......Look for the Big Cow next to the Post Office and NB Hotel on Nittayo Road heading away from the Udon Central towards Macro on the Left Side of the Road.

Jimmy wanted to put up a Sheep but thought it may get sheepnapped

Now in Stock - Another Shipment of Australian Lamb included New Frenched Lamb Rack and Lamb Neck ( ideal for Curries, Braised or Casseroles and Stews ), Legs Whole and Halved, Shanks, Shoulders and Loin Chops.

Please could you inform me if any of your products have sugar in the cooking?
I'm a diabetic so this is very important to me as In used to love various pies and bread etc.,
If possible could you hive me a list of any such products

Hello John,

Sorry for the delay but had to Double Check with head Butcher in Korat and Harry at Lady Pies Phuket.

The Only Sugar used at the Meat Factory is some Sugar in the Recipe when we Pump the Hams before Smoking ( so stay away from that if anyone's Sugar count is an Issue ) and the Lady Pie Range from Phuket has Nil Sugar in the Pies, Pasties and Sausage Roll Ranges, however the Apple Pie and Sweets Ranges obviously definitely have.

Supplies were a bit low when I popped in earlier in the week will get some snags tomorrow.

Yesterday I cooked a piece of Silver side absolutely beautiful no need for me to shop around.

Only 8 or so weeks to Xmas, orders now being taken for your Xmas hams, smoked or double smoked, also legs of pork with skin on for roasts, also have restocked the freezer at the Sportsbar after many requests, sorry for the delay but just over the 8 month tour of the Congo.

So a restocked full range of Sausages, pies, bacon, steaks, Porkchops, ham, pies pasties and sausage rolls, roasts and silverside.
