Arrived this Morning on the Truck from Gourmet Meats Khorat -

A full Fridge of Salamis -Smoked and Fennel and Garlic, Pastrami, Pepperonis, Fresh Hams and some more Cheeses . Sliced and in Various Weights to suit every budget.

Chiang Mai Cow and Goat Cheeses hope fully in the Fridges in the weeks ahead, just sorting out freight logistics.

Pleased two options in town for the cheeses,the mature ones especially the cheddar have a nice kick

popping down to makro later, I will stick my head in gourmet meats to see how the first lot of pickles are going, and drop off some more jarred goods, piccalilli and hickory smoked BBQ sauce, plus by the sound of it more beetroot might be needed soon.

hey timmy , could you tell me where I can find beets for 26 baht a kilo, save me a fortune as I just paid 900 baht for 18 kg, 26 baht is much better than makro as theirs ranges from 45-60 baht, also need lots of malt vinegar as the cheapest I have found is 199 baht for 2lt . thanks as I should be able to pass on the savings with those prices

Yes Mate, currently Closed Sundays, training a New Girl up and as soon as she is comfortable we will be open 7 days a week, but not yet. Sorry for the inconvenience.

If anyone knows any one in CHIANG Mai that may be interested in opening a retail meat shop, easy running and minimal set up costs, small shop and a few frezzers and a fridge and away you go. If interested contact Dave at the Sportsbar as Jimmy has returned to Melbourne for a week or so Pan will be in the shop on her own until Jimmy,s return.
