Been Busy with the move. Developing the pies .and will soon Pop in the shop with a few samples for gormet. Meats. Many flavors have Been Made this week .by for the Most interesting was the lamb with miinted mushy peas, i know Sounds odd but it worked.

On the door it says closed at 4pm. If you go in the afternoon it can sometimes look closed because they have the shutters down to keep out the sun, that's fooled me a couple of times .

Follow up to Post Yesterday.

The Shop Hours Are

Monday - Saturday 8am to 4pm - The Shop is Currently Closed Sunday's until a New Staff Member

is Found to look after the Shop so a Day off can be had without closing.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you Gary anyone else.

A few Changes taking Place with some Weekly Specials to Follow.

Our Lamb will be here later this Week - Chilled and Fresh, Chops, Loin and Fourquater, Rack, Leg, Shank and Sausages to Follow once the Butcher has time to Make up the Lamb Sausages as he will be Flat Out on the Chops and Shoulders for a few Days and Packaging.

Now we have ironed out the Import Procedures we should have a Smooth Run on the Lamb with Australian Beef to follow.

As all with all of our Products - Pricing will be on all Items, with Discount % available on Bulk Purchases.

Yes Pomps, James has taken over the running of the Shop, once he settles in and gets onto the Forum he will keep up on Whats coming and going in the Shop.

Sorry you Missed it but The Lamb finally arrived and James is busy Pricing Everything Up.

There is Chilled Lamb in the Fridges Now with all Prices on all the Cuts.

Full Leg 3-3.5kg

He has Cut Half Legs for Customers that do not want a Full Leg, Upper Leg or Lower available around 1-3/4 to 2kgs each.

Lion, Fourquater and Chump Chops.

Shanks.......

Gourmet Lamb Sausages are being made Now at the Head Shop and should be in on Next Weeks Truck.

I will Post some Pics of all the Products later today, and as I said when James has got himself set up on the Forum he will Post regular Updates for all Forum Members.

Thanks to everyone coming in the Shop and sorry for the Delays on the Products arriving, but now the Red Tape has been cut, smooth sailing from here, Next is Australian Beef. Any Requests from Customers we can see what we can do, Lambs Brains maybe, Crumbed for Breakfast, mmmm an old Favourite.
