Bought a basket full of miscellaneous things at the new Ngeesoon today.....going to the temple on Friday...total bill 1800 Baht. The cashier told me to check with the FREEBIES window for promotion items. Walked out with two liters of Tipco apple juice (mid-2016 expiry) and two Tipco clear glass salad bowls.
Tipco juices are 49 Baht regular price......half kilo Kellogs Corn Flakes are 94 Baht.
When we buy the 20kg bags of dog food there, we usually walk out with a doggie pillow or some other freebie.

Not this weeks shopping deal but a reminder that Friday 27th November is 'Black Friday' in the UK and USA at least. If you are there you can physically shop with many bargains to be had at various retailers if you are trained as a forward in Rugby Union and ready for a scrum. Failing that there are also good online shopping savings to be made. I have previously used Amazon and Tesco direct in the UK.

Found an advent Calendar at old Big C today. Cadbury's - 179 baht probably 80% of which (or more) is for the packaging but the 'wean' will be happy.

for peanut butter lovers, new brand coming on market, got some today, no added sugar or salt, two types plain or with honey, should be available in all the farang outlets in the next few day's. monster 2lb tubs , very nice indeed.
250 baht. these should last me a while. sorry not sure who will stock it yet, but i'm sure they will let you all know in the next few days, it's really good trust me
