Can't recommend, but have had friends who have bought second hand and what they told me was that they went around to the new shops and found repo's. As you can see from signs around town, 900 down, or 3,000 down and then 1 month 1 month.
There is also a second hand shop on ring road West side near me in Ban Lueam. From Tesco, head toward airport, straight thru 1st light, just before 2nd light on your left. Sign (big billboard) says something like 3,000 to 30,000 bikes.

Where can I purchase a used bike?
Isn't there an Auction at Home Pro once a month. I bought a Honda Click there about four years ago with less than 10.000 klicks on it for Bt20.000 all up.
