American owned hotel in Udon

A friend was telling me quite a while ago about a hotel/guest house in the city center owned by an older American guy and his Thai wife.

I think he had some renovations done a few years back by a local building company. I wanted to contact him to get an opinion of the company which undertook the work, I know it was a short name something like NY builders maybe.

Does anyone know either the name of the hotel or how to contact the owner?

Sounds like Dallas (the name of the gentleman), I do not know him personally, someone else may....
