Looking for rental apartment or house

Hi everybody
I'm looking for an apartment or house to rent preferably unfurnished or with a spare room where I can store my existing furniture, tools & personal effects. I'm looking for something long term and within 10 mins of the city center. I'm a single mature aged guy, clean living and a good tenant who always pays his rent on time. I like to cook so an indoor or outdoor kitchen is a must. If it's a house I don't want a large garden that I'd have to maintain.

Look in the Udon Map Classifieds under "Property For Rent".
Might be an idea to put your post there.
