Want to rent a house inside Udon!

I a Swedish man(50), looking for a house to rent at least 1-2 year inside ringway in Udon, up to 150 m² with a garden. max 5000B/m.

Inside the ring-road is something I hear so many people refer too, when what they really mean is close to the centre. My mate lives out near BIG GYM CITY, it's inside the ring-road but takes him 25 minutes to get into the city centre. One other thing Kjella, I think your budget is a little low, 150m is a typical 4 bed house or 3 very large, plus garden, "NEAR TO CITY CENTRE"? I think you need to double that, unless some people can say otherwise, I'm talking 4beds, garden, 5 mins from city centre, any offers on 10K???

Having rented before, would say 5 grand inside ring road ,impossible. Rent in AEK hospital for a month and look around for a place.Even 10 grand inside would be difficult to find for a nice place. I had trouble finding a nice place , most were places i wouldnt keep my dog..

Owner of the Meeting Point has just rented a large 2 bedroom house behind AEK and up the street from Erwin's for 3000 baht so not impossible

The rental prices goes up, thanks heaven for that cause before we couldnt rent out a house and even cover the coasts from what rentals broke in a house. The prices goes up when Udon develops and Cheap Charlies has to go out in the bush to find prices under 6500 bath per mount. Inside ringroad says nothing....it can be 20 min from centre so there must be better check up from rentals. I am for the moment waiting for one parhouse bungalow to be finish and the locations is oposite the new Big C ...on Nong Bua road and thats means 5 min to the airport and ten to the mall. This will be a fully farrangstyle furnished one whit 1 bedroom, living, dining and place for to cars outside, and small thai kitchen. Inside standard TV , wireless etc...the rental whit 7500 bath and minimum rental is 3 mounth + 1 mounth deposite...

there are many place where rentals not going up and if only little from 3000 to 3500 or 4.000 to 4500

but need to look where they only speak thai as soon it is to farangs, some try to take more or there are some middlemen as real estate company, because they charge a lot to their own pocket

or drive around and look for a sign - this is the way thai doing the rentals

but the most places inside the ringroad is townhouses

I know 2 who have rented nice place right on the other side by big c - one for 5000 and the other for 6000 nice houses

these prices is no furniture - off course higher with furniture

Wiking......you are talking about empty houses, badly built, missing everything and you have a high start up coast for live there....when i talking aboyut house for rent...the ionly thing you need for live there is your toughtbruch....and fully furnished means swedish standard, including pump, fridge, stove and everything, wireless.....nothing for cheap charlies - if the like it real cheap....can by a tent from my shop for 395 bath!!
