Flights Udon to Chiang Rai/Chiang Mai?

Is it only Nok Air twice a week to Chiang Mai right now, then bus to Chiang Rai?

Can't help with the bus to Chiang Rai, but for Chiang Mai from Udon... Yes, Nok Air as you say.
