I would like to attempt to build a 3-wheel car, 2 wheels in front and 1 in the back. Before I invest in this project, I want to be assured that it will be either exempt from registration (being 3 wheeled) or will be something that I can register. This is not a vusiness venture, but a car for me to drive around in. What I am looking for is the proper channels to go thru to get some answers. i.e. police, transportation, insurance, etc. I am new to the forum, but already see that this may save me much legwork.....
