If buying a motorcycle from a private seller, you will need to register it in your/your TW or TG's name.
This must be done in the same province, that the bike is currently registered in.
The Udon office is in Ban Hoi; if travelling anti-clockwise on the ring road, turn left at the Nong Khai main road, about 250 metres down on the left is a Mazda dealership, the office is the next building. (has a flesh coloured concrete wall) go in the 3rd entrance down, and turn right, you will see plastic chairs outside the booth windows.
You will need to speak Thai, and the fee is 75 Baht.
You will also need copies of your passport, and Tabien Ban.
For cars, you need to go to Nong Sung... 17Km out on the Khon Kaen road.
