The bro-in-law will be in town for a few days in transit and was asking how long it takes to transfer vehicle title. He has an Udon registered pickup that he wants to offload to a relative before he heads back to work overseas but doesn't know how quick the land transport office is at doing this and if he has enough time.

Re: Changing vehicle ownership
Sorry , no postcards ! About 4 hours if both addresses are in Udon .
Purple palace on route 2 . Get there either around 8.00 am or 12.30 pm to avoid a long wait .
Providing the numbers are the same as blue book , hassle free .

Re: Changing vehicle ownership
Take a good book as sitting in the car and waiting for vehicle inspection can be pretty boreing
Re: Changing vehicle ownership
I guess the inspection is standard stuff, same color, same VIN, etc.. I haven't seen his Isuzu for a while but I assume he hasn't tarted it up too much.stattointhailand wrote: ↑December 12, 2019, 1:41 pmTake a good book as sitting in the car and waiting for vehicle inspection can be pretty boreing
