not yet saw anything clear about this till now , i did download the app but i was unable to apply as the app freezes when you want to apply by passport number , but those who have a pink card or a yellow tabien baan can register on the Thais page with your Thais id on the pink card or mentioned on the left side of page 2 of your yellow book (13 digits), on the right side is your birth date ,many( ?) will than need some Thais assistance to answer the 2 questions correctly to skip the viewing of the stupid 1 hour video , ones you have registered you will get a confirmation that is valid for 90 days ...
