Rainy, lazy day at kilo 18........so I asked:
Nokair response:
If you want to travel to Don Mueang Airport (Bangkok), Nok Air Airline would like to inform you that because Bangkok has no measures to check documents about COVID or week scene injection documents. Only scanning Thai QR code wins at the airport.

What about from Bangkok TO the provinces?

Probably don't have anyone with the ability to pre-screen outbound pax either. I guess it's up to each destination to check if people are compliant or not.

And it could all change tomorrow... or even later today if you call and get a different rep.

AFAIK, the Twitter graphic doesn't appear on the Nok Air website and was possibly cobbled together by third parties. I recall seeing some Samui logo in it?

YMMV

New flight schedule
Parrot, you can toss that flight schedule into file 13. I was at udon airport yesterday and the two girls behind the counter informed me there is only one Thai smile flight to and from Bangkok 4 days a week. Friday through Monday. This stuff is changing on an hourly basis not even a daily basis I guess. Best to call the airport offices to find out what's going on before you try to book.

That's right. So I get my last jab 10 days before I arrive, I do 14 days ASQ = 24 days. But Nok reckons the Udon rules only state that those double-jabbed with the Chinese vaccines are good to go in 'more than 14 days'.
All those with a single-jab or double-jab of anything else needs 'more than 4 weeks' to mature. That's 28 days.

Only Sakon Nakhon and Loei have a more realistic idea with 'more than 7 days' for those double-jabbed with anything (except the JJ single pop).

I have no idea where your info is coming from, like I said in my post just before it's 14 days quarantine to get into country, that's it. Where does 28 days and 'maturing jabs'(?) come into it? No need for any jabs if you don't want them. As for domestic Thai travel many traveling freely by road these days, but for domestic flights the rules keep changing and maybe others can help.
My info is coming from the graphic in the Tweet that you posted in this thread on September 2, 2021, 12:47 pm, specifically, "This a list of vaccines required for each domestic route. No mention of PCR tests sorry."

It looks like this.

OK I see what you mean now. I would imagine there are all sorts of ways to cut down on the 28 days you mention, including go by road, unless you can get the days paid for;-)

Waste of time asking questions at the airport info desk as unfortunately they know nothing
I was born with nothing and still have most of it left

Your comment is wrong stattionthailand...The first flight was the 2nd.
Air Asia started selling Phuket flights last month starting on 2nd as I booked and as did Its Me Trev for the 9th.
Both our flights were the canceled last week.
I expect the 16th will be cancelled to.
Typical Air Asia way...get peoples money and then let the customer battle to get it back.
Luckily I used flight credits so no money lost.
Yes Thai Smile is back...Great news.

If they had no intention of ever flying on Nov 2 THERE WERE NO SEATS TO SELL so they were just b*llsh*tting
As you stated "allegedly" it was a scam and they just wanted the money
If there was never gonna be a flight there were never any seats to sell so they couldnt possibly have "sold out" of something that did not exist
